Gail Zelitzky has owned and operated her own businesses since 1977; first, a multi-state family-owned franchise operation; then, a worldwide catalog and e-commerce lifestyle gift delivery service for alcohol beverages; and, a business performance consulting firm. As a result of this entrepreneurial experience, Gail has an astute perception of the issues and concerns business owners face. Her strategic and creative approach to problem-solving is at the core of her success as a consultant.

Since 1994, Gail has consulted, presented keynotes and conducted seminars, even as her major focus, through 2000, was building Liquor By Wire® and Liquor.com® into a multimillion dollar business.

Earlier in her career, Gail spent 17 years fueling the growth of the Foremost Liquor Store franchise, a nationwide group of 200+ independent retailers, that achieved a chain-store image through mass merchandising, unique sales promotions and co-operative advertising.

While President of Foremost Sales Promotions, Inc., franchisor of Foremost Liquor Stores®, Gail served for six years on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Retail Merchants Association. Since 1995, she has been actively involved in the Chicago Area Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and in 2005 was named Member of the Year. Gail’s business expertise and achievements were recognized by Working Woman magazine, which presented her with an Entrepreneurial Excellence Award in the category of Innovative Business Strategies.

Gail serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Women Business Owners Chicago area chapter(NAWBO), the Executive Board of the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce and is President of the Lincoln Park Business Development Institute.
